Operating at the bleeding edge of enterprise automation since 2007, Will is the architectural force behind CIAG. Having engineered early-stage robotic process automation (RPA) infrastructures—including launching Verizon’s first RPA Center of Excellence and scaling automation footprints for tech giants like Snapchat and Spotify—he understands the deep-rooted structural flaws of legacy bot portfolios better than anyone. A published thought leader for Roboyo, Will founded CIAG to replace fragile UI infrastructure with the sovereign, generative multithreading power of the Quantum Nexus.
Beyond enterprise infrastructure, Will leads CIAG's behavioral engineering division as the architect of the ARD Ecosystem. He designed ARD to solve the systemic lack of accountability in digital communication, building a dual-track framework that powers both ARD Dealmakers—a high-intent environment for strategic networking and deal-closing—and ARD Dating, which utilizes a personality-first communication model.
